See yourself.
The moment healing begins is in the realization that you are valuable and worthy of love. Reflecting on my own life, the times I was locked as a prisoner in my own mind, were when I could not see this. Everyone else had value and I would do anything to make others happy, but why not me?
Sometimes the answer is that simple. In truly caring for yourself, speaking even when your voice shakes and setting boundaries you tell the Universe that you believe you matter. And YOU DO!
Take a moment to see yourself in your mind. See your face, your eyes the full length of your body and the light around you. Reach out, shake your hand and say nice to meet you. Treat yourself as if you're meeting for the first time.
Do you see it? Can you feel how the past isn't present. You're ready to start new with this person and begin the relationship with trust and fresh feelings. Believe in this person, know they are meant to be a part of your life-long journey and build something strong.
You are valuable. Your belief in that statement (say it out loud, I am valuable) is the first step towards attracting the right people, the best situations and outcomes for your experience.
