Gaining Strength.

Once you see and accept your value, things will start to change. Situations you found hurtful but accepted will no longer be allowed in your heart. You may be inclined to take big risks. Maybe a relationship will die, or you'll move onto a new career. Possibly certain ways of being no longer suit you. Perhaps you indulged in a lot of gossip and now that you shy away from it, you find others fall away from you.

This is part of gaining strength and conditioning the relationship to yourself. You will slip up! It will not be easy! But like any good relationship, you will see the good inside of it and strive to grow amidst the challenges.

As Above, So Below.

When you are afraid, allow those feelings. Allow yourself to worry and calm yourself with clarity of spirit. Steep in the knowing that these changes were a long time coming and you cannot and will not go back to the toxic relationship you had with yourself.

Take a moment to write a letter to yourself. It doesn't have to be long, but make a commitment that clearly states what you want to feel, be and own from within. Prepare to go back and read this letter again and write a new one.



As this process unfolds, your ideas will multiply and what you truly want will reveal itself.

You matter to this world. Always remember this and be mindful that 'as above, so below.' This means you! Dedicate yourself to the outer matching the inner and stand in the integrity of your soul.
